Data warehouse SAP BW in Amica Wronki
Amica Wronki, the biggest manufacturer of household equipment in Poland, implements data warehouse - SAP Business Information Warehouse (SAP BW). Implementation works are executed by BCC.
Implemented functionality of data warehouse SAP BW will enable managers the access to management information in four areas - supply chain management, production planning, sales, and finance (control of receivers debts). Thanks to SAP BW, the key reports from these areas shall be available through the medium of one user interface - through WWW browser.
Implemented solution shall facilitate fast and easy creation of flexible reports by managers, without any necessity of programming works. 15 users are assigned to use the data warehouse.
Mr. Piotr Miszewski, SAP Project Manager in Amica, comments: "We have been using SAP R/3 system successfully for several years. New SAP products give new possibilities of optimising our business. We appraise that using the data warehouse will bring new quality to management of logistics processes in Amica".

Amica Wronki is manufacturer of free-standing gas cookers, gas-and-electric cookers, electric cookers, plates and cooking ovens for building in furniture segments, as well as cooling equipment: refrigerators, refrigerator-freezers, freezers, and finally washing machines. Dishwashers and air conditioners are also included in the sales offer.
